This comic was an absolute laugh out load blast to read. Ryan North really captures the insane energy and humor that make Deadpool and Wolverine such a killer duo. The story hops through space, time, and the Multiverse with an insane plot involving killer librarians and a space god. It’s absurd in the best way possible, leaning into the chaotic personalities of both characters while delivering sharp dialogue and hilarious moments.
Javier Garrón’s artwork is spot-on, especially his portrayal of Deadpool. Every panel has the kind of expressive detail that makes you stop and admire it, even during the most over-the-top battles. This feels like the best Deadpool comic of the year—funny, fast-paced, and full of energy. If you loved the vibe of the Deadpool & Wolverine movie, you’re going to love this too.
Bonus points for pulling the story together from a wide range of titles, including Fantastic Four, Spider-Gwen, and X-Men. It’s ambitious but executed perfectly.
