What to Expect at Prerelease
Prerelease is one of the most exciting events in the Magic calendar, celebrating each new set’s launch with a unique play experience. Here’s how it works:
Each player receives a Prerelease Pack containing brand-new cards from Lorwyn Eclipsed. You’ll build a 40-card Sealed deck from the contents of your pack, then battle against other players using cards that haven’t even hit shelves yet. It’s the ultimate test of deck-building skills and adaptability.
The format is Sealed Deck with Swiss pairings, running as a structured tournament that ensures everyone gets multiple rounds of play regardless of wins and losses.
Early Access and Exclusive Perks
As a Wizards Play Network (WPN) member store, West Orange Comics & Video Games enjoys exclusive early access to sell Lorwyn Eclipsed products before they become available at non-WPN retailers.
